The present Guide will undergo a process of validation with external experts (sectoral and open data experts), as well as government and civil society stakeholders from different regions representing the data owners and users targeted by the guide.

The developers of the guide will additionally team up with the government and national civil society in at least one country to “pilot” the guide and refine its recommendations.
