Implementation Milestones

The implementation of the indicator system consists of the following milestones:

1. Project kick-off: Formation of the implementation team and finalisation of the scope of the project

2. Defining the main methodological considerations for the project

3. Consolidation of the list of indicators

4. Collecting and preparing the datasets

5. Publishing the Care Indicators System (CIS)
